AGROCOMPLEX: INTERAGRO.ANIMED. FARMER OF THE VOLGA REGION - is the largest agricultural exhibition in the Volga Region, in which the system of agroindustrial production (from field to a counter) is presented. Annually more than 160 Russian and foreign companies take part in the exhibition on the area over 4000 sq.m. Enjoying the support of the City Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agroindustrial exhibition plays an important role in the system of agricultural development, as it contributes significantly to the work of technical re-equipment of agroindustrial complex, promotes the introduction of advanced/ progressive technologies, creates a favourable atmosphere for the investment collaboration in the sphere of agriculture.
Market characteristics:
The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the stable developing economic regions of Russia.
The Agroindustrial complex represents a large sphere of the republic national economy, under the support of the Government. Today in accordance with the Development of APK national project, the State innovation policy in the Republic is concentrated on the direct budgetary support in the form of subsidizing the interest rates on credits and borrowings on the following primary tasks such as: reconstruction of cattle-breeding complexes; equipment, technics, cattle purchase; agricultural production development. Realization of the Rapid development of Cattle-breeding program, the Tatarstan Milk program (2006- 2010) supposes reinforcement of work for the further investor attraction to the farm industry and realization of new projects, connected with the rise of the agrarian business effectiveness.
